These terms govern the use of the website at ezyapp.io. The site is operated by Ezy Superapp Inc.; by using it you accept these terms.

Use of the Ezy app and its services is outside the scope of this text; it is governed by a separate agreement with your hotel.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content in bulk with automated tools.

The information on the site is for general presentation. The product is still being developed, so features may change; features marked "Coming soon" are neither a commitment nor a delivery date. The data in the screenshots is sample data.

The time you pick in the calendar for a demo is a request; it is not final until we confirm it by email. We may decline a request that does not suit or suggest another time.

A demo request or call does not oblige either side to enter into a contract. The calendar runs on a third-party scheduling service, whose own terms also apply.

We expect the details you give with your request to be accurate, and that you do not use someone else's details without permission.

The texts, design, logo, screen images and videos on the site belong to Ezy Superapp Inc. or its licensors. They may not be copied, altered or used commercially without our written permission.

The Ezy name and logo are our trademarks. Other marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

The site is provided "as is". We take care to keep its content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. This clause does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

The site may link to or open third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is published on this page and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where our company is established. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you are in.
